B&B Partner, the most efficient and effective way to run your B&B!
History
B&B Partner has been developed by a company called HRK, a software company dedicated to developing IT solutions for the hospitality industry for over 40 years. HRK has a team of developers situated in Durban, and support and sales offices in every region throughout Southern Africa. The B&B partner software was developed as a reaction to the need for a basic, uncomplicated IT system in the B&B industry.
Many B&B owners run their businesses manually, lacking the basic tools to handle client deposits, correctly charge items to rooms, and present or e-mail professional looking bills. Some Owners have forked out a small fortune for Hotel reservation software, which is ultimately way to complicated and time consuming to manage a small B&B properly.
Product
Because we understand that most B&B owners don’t want to over complicate their business with complex software, we have developed B&B partner to be as simple as possible. The majority of small B&B owners manage their bookings though either on line booking websites, or through a basic diary or desktop calendar – the B&B partner will work hand in hand with any of these methods.
B&B Partner will give the B&B owner the tools to:
Handle deposits from customers, keeping track of them and allocating them to a room once the customer arrives.
Charge Items to a room, giving them the facility to create and amend new items (E.g. In season and out of season rates, drinks, laundry, etc...)
Print or email professional bills, listing all customer details
(Vat no, email address, etc…)
Produce daily, weekly or monthly reports.
Installation
Installation and training of the B&B Partner should take about one morning, and will be carried out by a trained technician, free of charge!
FREE Support
HRK will supply a 24/7 help line at no support charge to the customer (Except for actual call rates). If ADSL is installed at the B&B, our technicians can even “Dail in” to the software to help with problems online.
Cost (All prices exclude VAT)
The best thing about B&B Partner is that there is no once off setup fee! We simply charge the B&B a monthly rate (Debit order facility) of R200 a month for a B&B with up to 5 rooms and an extra R 50 per room after 5 rooms for larger B&B’s.
