Just wanted to say a huge thank you for your outstanding service received on the claim for Cremorne recently.  It was handled quickly, efficiently and most of all extremely professionally. 

With the resort being out of town, it was appreciated that you were able to recommend a contractor that could start almost immediately and at the same time do a great job at repairing the damaged area of cabin. 

The items which were damaged are not all standard items that could just be purchased, took a little longer than normal to order and receive them. 

And the claim payment was settled with client shortly after the final invoices were forwarded.

Thanks again, with this kind of service I will certainly recommend BnB Sure to other potential clients.
