Included at no cost if the section is selected:

  • Subsidence and Landslip included under the buildings section.
  • Accidental damage cover on the buildings up to R20,000.
  • Power Surge is automatically included up to a limit of R22,500.
  • Personal effects of guests automatically included up to a limit of R25,000. Unless otherwise insured.
  • Trauma counseling costs of R3,000 per person (limit R10,000 per incident) following a violent event for guests but extended to away from premises for the insured and any permanent staff member.
  • Bilking cover included up to R25,000 per event.
  • Goods in the open up to 1% of the sum insured or R32,500 whichever is the greater
  • All Risks cover on the Contents up to a limit of R20,000.
  • Garden plants up to R5000 if they are damaged or destroyed during fire fighting operations or by a motor vehicle.
  • Signs and signposts up to a limit of R7500.
  • Money up to a limit of R7500.

  • Damage By Laundry: The damage in terms of this extension is limited to an amount not exceeding R10,000 any one loss and R20,000 in any one twelve month period but excluding the first R1,000 of any such loss

  • Cover for Prevention of Access up to 50km
  • Trauma counseling costs of R2000 per person (limit R10,000 per incident) following an event in a motor vehicle insured on the policy.
  • Contingent liability up to R2m if an employee uses his or her vehicle on the business of the establishment.
  • Passenger Liability with same limit as liability section up to R50m.
  • NO BLAME BONUS - Means no excess is applicable and No Claim Bonus will not be affected on the motor section (not applicable to Executive Motor section) if it is clear that the insured driver is not to blame.

APPLIANCE MAINTENANCE ON FIRST LOSS BASIS
Repairs to the following domestic type appliances (not commercial equipment) and subject to an excess of R280.
APPLIANCES COVERED

  • Television sets Fridges
  • Hi If sets Freezers
  • Video cassette recorders Washing machines
  • Microwave ovens Tumble driers
  • Stoves Dishwashers
  • Excluding: All commercial type equipment, all hand held or portable items.

 

AUTO ASSIST
Assistance with mechanical and Electrical Breakdown or a towing service to the nearest place of repair or safe keeping following such breakdown or following a motor accident to any vehicle stated on the schedule of the policy.

  • Running out fuel- 10 litres is supplied in the event of the vehicle running out of fuel.
  • Keys locked in the vehicle
  • The limit of cover is R3,000 in respect of mechanical or electrical breakdown towing and there is no excess applicable to the section.

BnB ASSIST

BNB FINDER - A listing on the www.bnbfinder.co.za and bnbfinder.mobi websites, all establishments on which carry a minimum of R30 million liability insurance. The only site of its kind.

BNB CLUB - Automatic membership of BnB Club to policy holders. The club offers discounts to our clients for a variety of goods and services.

BnB ASSIST is on all policies and includes cover for certain electrical and plumbing problems
such as blocked drains (not septic tanks) PLUS it can cover appliance breakdown to such items as
washing machines, tumble driers, fridges and TV sets at a nominal call out fee of R280.

 

Inflation Protector on the Buildings, Contents and Revenue sections.
This adds 1.25% to the sum insured on these three sections every month but no extra premium   applies until the following annual anniversary date of the policy. Up to 15% increase at no cost until the following year!

Tax and CPA Legal Costs Section
Covers the legal costs of up to R300,000 per annum in defending a matter arising from a Tax or CPA claim against the Insured
