OCTOBER 2011

It’s been a very exciting month at BnB SURE with our restructure and we sincerely hope that you will have started to see the benefits of the changes where we have two distinct sections, Office Managers and their staff looking after all the internal work and our 7 Brand Managers as the “link” between our offices and our broking friends.

Should you find any sort of hiccups at all please contact your usual branch as soon as you can and it will be addressed immediately.

SAVE THE TREES

Most people are aware that we are on a drive to use less paper as we do our little “bit” for the environment and trees are a major part of the future, perhaps not our futures but certainly those of our grandchildren and their children. It is estimated that by 2050 there will be some 10 billion people on earth, an earth struggling to sustain 6.5 billion in 2011.
September was “National Arbor Month” and as a result BnB SURE has planted one tree for each year we have been in business and this was done on Heritage Day and a total of 84 trees.
BOTTOM LINE SAVINGS

We are continually coming across policyholders who are looking to save money and because they appreciate that BnB SURE is a superior product and that they could get a lesser policy at a lesser price they stay with us but there is a way in which policyholders can save a lot of money simply because they have a BnB SURE policy.
Many don’t know that if they ask a guest who phones for a reservation if he or she will be needing a car and whether the guesthouse may make the arrangements for that car (obviously the guest pays the car hire) that they can earn a 10% commission on the car hire costs.
Considering that the average premium for a guesthouse is under R2000 a month, it doesn’t take too long to exceed that amount in commission by asking that simple question. We ask brokers to remind their clients of this facility.
