Send us an email off your cellphone. Simply sms to 082 000 4004 (be sure to save this number in your phone under “BnB SURE SMS to eMail”).

Start your sms with the email address of our staff member you want to send this to, leave a space after the email address and type your message that gets delivered as an email. To keep a copy for your self simply change the email address to your own and send it again. All done and nothing more to worry about on the matter.

If a client calls you to say his or her windscreen is broken simply ask them to call 0800 55 66 77 and press “5” to go through to the PG Glass call centre and they will handle everything. Let the insured do this as questions such as “where is the vehicle at present” and “when would suit you for the work to be done” are asked and you may not have this information.
