10 POINT SERVICE PROMISE

Our service promise to you and our mutual clients.


  1. All claims notified giving details of the loss will be registered within 60 working minutes of the claim notification

  2. Where necessary an assessor will be appointed within 60 working minutes of claim notification.

  3. Broker will be advised of the claim number, claims handler and name of assessor within 60 working minutes of notification.

  4. A preliminary report on the status of the claim from the assessor will be given to the broker within 4 working days of notification.

  5. A further report on the claim will be given to the broker within four working days of the assessor seeing the insured.

  6. Payment of agreed claims will be made within 4 working days of all documentation required to finalise the claim, being received.

  7. An update on progress with claims recoveries will be given every month

  8. All quotes for new business will be sent to the broker within 12 working hours of quote request.

  9. All requests to hold covered will be confirmed to the broker with 60 working minutes of full details being received.

  10. Any telephone message will be returned within 60 working minutes of it being left.
